食材
五花肉 Pork belly 1300g
水 Water 2000ml
大蒜 Garlic 15
姜 Ginger 10g
蔥 Green onion 3
烤海苔 Grilled seaweed 適量 (Proper quantity)
調味料
醬油 Soy sauce 500ml
味醂 Mirin 200ml
糖 Sugar 50g
味王 Ajinomoto 25g
蒜頭 適量 (Proper quantity)
做法 / Recipe
1.把五花肉的皮去掉 / Remove the skin from the pork belly

2.切五花肉 / Cut Pork belly

3.用繩子將五花肉固定好 / Secure the pork belly with string




4.切蔥 / cut green onions

5.切海苔 / cut grilled seaweed

6.切蒜頭 / cut garlic

7.切姜 / cut ginger

8.將五花肉放入鍋中 / Put the pork belly into the pot

9.水 2000ml / water 2000ml

10.加入大蒜、薑和蔥的綠色部分 / Add the garlic, ginger and green parts of the green onion


11.一旦沸騰,將火調小,蓋上鍋蓋,煮2小時 / Once it boils, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours.



12.將大蒜切碎 / mince garlic


13.味醂 200ml / Sweet Sake 200ml

14.醬油 500ml / Soy sauce 500ml

17.加入蒜頭 / Add garlic

18.大火 / high heat

19.攪拌,煮沸,然後關火 / Stir, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat

20.濾出醬汁 / filter the sauce


21.把五花肉取出來 / Take out the pork belly

22.將五花肉放入醬汁中醃製1小時 / Marinate pork belly in sauce for 1 hour

23.定期移動它以將醬汁浸透 / Move it regularly to soak in the sauce.

24.取出叉燒 / Take out the chashu

25.剪斷綁叉燒的繩子 / Cut the string that ties the chashu


26.切叉燒 / cut the chashu

27.醬 2大匙 / Sauce 2tablespoon

28.芝麻油 1小匙 / Sesame oil 1tsp

29.攪拌 / Mix

30.將海帶放在飯上 / put seaweed on rice

31.將叉燒放在米飯上 / Place the chashu on top of the rice

32.加入蔥 / Add green onions

33.放上醬汁 / put sauce on
