1.將蝦去殼 / shell the shrimp

2.太白粉 1大匙 / potato starch 1tablespoon

3.加水將蝦洗淨 / Add water to clean the shrimp


4.用水沖洗,去除背腸 / Rinse with water to remove dorsal intestine


5.剪掉尾巴,去掉水 / Cut off the tail and remove the water
