鮮鶏晶 Chicken soup stock 0.5小匙
起司 Cheese 適量

1.切洋蔥 _ Cut Onion

2.切鴻喜菇 _ Cut Shimeji mushroom

3.切奶油 _ Cut Butter

4.切培根 _ Cut Bacon

5.切麵包 _ Cut Bread



6.中火 _ Medium fire

7.加入奶油 _ Add Butter

8.炒洋蔥 _ Stir fry Onion

9.加入少許鹽 _ Add a little Salt

10.炒培根 _ Stir fry Bacon

11.炒鴻喜菇 _ Stir fry Shimeji mushroom

12.炒低筋麺粉 _ Stir fry Flour

13.一點一點加入牛奶 _ Add milk little by little


14.鮮鶏晶 0.5小匙 _ Chicken soup stock 0.5tsp

15.加入少許黑胡椒 _ Add a little black pepper

16.將白醬加入麵包中 _ Add white sauce to bread

17.加入起司 _ Add Cheese

18.在220度的烤箱中烘烤直至起司融化 _ Bake in a 220 degree oven until the cheese is melted.
