低筋麺粉 Flour 1.5大匙 (1.5tablespoon)
鹽 Salt 適量 (Proper quantity)

做法 / Recipe
1.切香菇 / Cut shiitake mushroom

2.切韭菜 / Cut Chinese chives

3.把大蒜磨碎 / Grate the garlic

4.把生薑磨碎 / Grate the ginger

5.豬絞肉 300g / minced pork 300g

6.將切好的材料混合起來 / Mix the chopped ingredients

7.糖 1小匙 / Sugar 1tsp

8.醋 1小匙 / vinegar 1tsp

9.醬油 1大匙 / Soy sauce 1tablespoon

10.芝麻油 1大匙 / Sesame oil 1tablespoon

11.蠔油 1大匙 / Oyster sauce 1tablespoon

12.低筋麺粉 1.5大匙 / flour 1.5tablespoon

13.加入少許鹽和胡椒 / Add a little salt and pepper

14.將豬絞肉揉勻 / Knead the minced meat


15.手上抹上沙拉油,將肉整形 / Apply salad oil to your hands and shape the meat.


16.沙拉油 1小匙 / Salad oil 1tsp
