做法 / Recipe
1.切萵苣 _ Cut lettuce

2.切番茄 _ Cut Tomato

3.把洋蔥磨細 _ grate the onion

4.把蒜頭磨細 _ grate the garlic

5.切奶油 _ Cut butter

6.加入少許鹽和胡椒 _ Add a little salt and pepper

7.沙拉油 1小匙 _ Salad oil 1tsp

8.中火 _ medium heat

9.烤牛肉的每一面 _ grill all sides of beef




10.將烤熟的牛肉放入耐熱密封袋中 _ Place roasted beef in a heatproof airtight bag.

11.關火,將牛肉放入沸水中 _ Turn off heat and place beef in boiling water.

12.蓋上蓋子靜置 30 分鐘 _ Cover and leave for 30 minutes

13.米酒 2大匙 _ Sake 2tablespoon

14.味醂 1大匙 _ Sweet Sake 1tablespoon

15.醋 1大匙 _ vinegar 1tablespoon

16.醬油 3大匙 _ Soy sauce 3tablespoon

17.加入洋蔥和大蒜 _ add onions and garlic

18.中火 _ medium heat


19.糖 1小匙 _ Sugar 1tsp


20.讓取出的牛肉靜置直至冷卻 _ Let the removed beef rest until it cools down.

21.切牛肉 _ cut beef

22.將麵包塗奶油 _ butter the bread

23.安排配料 _ Arrange the ingredients



24.塗醬汁 _ apply sauce

25.蓋上麵包 _ cover with bread

26.用保鮮膜包起來,靜置 15 分鐘 _ Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
